A well-aged and somewhat mis-shapen cherry disc cut, needed some tender loving care in order to enjoy a second life as a beautiful side or wall table.  This 30” high table features a natural color that tends to look slightly more red-orange rather than the traditional pinkish look cherry typically has. The cracks and crevices were filled with a partially translucent green resin to give it a pop of unexpected color. The large crack area has been steel reinforced on the underside for long term stability. The table top is 1 5/8” thick and varies in diameter from 23” to 26”.
