It can sometimes be difficult to find cherry slabs that offer both strong color variations and good grain texture.  Cherry Lane presents a desirable, richly toned, heartwood, encased by a thick lightly colored sapwood edge on both sides.  The heartwood contains some nice knots and other grain variations that yields a warm and appealing look. The live edge features some of the darker, outer layers, of the tree; providing an excellent contrast to the lighter interior slab colors.  This table is a little over 46” long, varies in width from 12” to 14”, and measures about 30” from the floor to table top. The slab is 1 3/8” thick. The table top is supported by four raw steel (silver in color), standard weight, 3 prong, hairpin legs.
